We conducted research involving 200n quantitative interviews with decision makers responsible for sourcing and hiring of nurses- primarily at various hospitals and also at large clinics and healthcare systems.
Target respondents were screened on the basis of using Tech-enabled/online staffing app/platform such as SnapNurse, AMN Healthcare, Trustaff, Aya Healthcare, etc.
The Length of Interview of the survey was 15-20 minutes.
Our research included a consumer analysis which revolved around Senior HR executive, recruiting/hiring decision maker, etc. about the sourcing and hiring, staffing companies, technology-enabled apps/platforms, experience of switching from one staffing company to another, views on payment, etc.
Gathered information and also discussed about few market leaders providing such solutions to understand the failure/ improvement areas related to any specific company or within each segment.
We deployed a specialist team of healthcare researchers, comprised of experienced Research Analyst having good analytical skills.
