Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Healthcare Market Research.
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare management, or a related field
• Should have knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies, including expert outreach
• Experience working on global research projects or international stakeholders will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with primary research techniques, expert interviews, and desk research tools is desirable
• Experience in primary and secondary research methodologies, including expert outreach and cold calling

Job and Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager/Team Lead in the end-to-end execution of healthcare research studies
• Review questionnaires and project documents to identify key research requirements and focus areas
• Conduct primary research with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry experts, including outreach and cold calling when required
• Perform comprehensive secondary (desk) research across multiple therapeutic areas to identify key insights, trends, and relevant data points
• Support data collection, validation, synthesis, and documentation of research findings for analysis and client deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (including programming) to support project planning and execution for research studies
• Work on multiple projects across different therapeutic areas and geographies, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders across global time zones (US, EU, APAC)
• Assist in preparing research summaries, presentations, and supporting materials for client deliverables
• Train and mentor junior team members on project processes and research methodologies
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, productivity standards, and quality benchmarks, including SPD (Standard Productivity Deliverables)
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, data integrity, and proper documentation throughout the research process

Required Skills

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and industry experts
• Good understanding of healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industry concepts and terminology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
• Good organizational and time management skills

Job and Responsibilities

• Reviewing survey questionnaires for quality, compliance and best practices
• Min. 1+ years – currently working experience of programming using Decipher (A FocusVision product).
• Programming surveys into survey platforms using Decipher
• Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, directives have been implemented
• Downloading, Checking and Formatting Interim and Final data for review and delivery in different formats
• Training, and mentoring new hires on programming and other technical skills
• Team handling experience (preferable)

Required Skills

• Knowledge of HTML / XHTML, XML, CSS & Javascript / Jquery (must)
• Experience / familiarity with complex design, programming and online data deliverables in the market research field
• Should be available for Rotational shifts
• Ability to handle multiple projects and to prioritize, identify and solve problems individually

Job and Responsibilities

• Support the teamon all project types, like primary market and desk research studies
• Conduct efficient andresult-driven primary research with KOLs, industry experts, clinicians, CROs, etc
• Prove proficiency in conducting quantitative/qualitative/in-depth interviews with target respondents ranging fromSenior decision-makers to C-Level
• Engage insecondary research andidentify key trends, drivers, clinical trials, literature reviews, and other aspects of the research KIQs (key intelligence questions)
• Support the senior teammembers in interpreting results by cross-referring secondary sources
• Responsible for conducting research in several therapeutic areas/multiple projects across differentgeographies
• Share daily updates on the daily progress with the project manager and other internal stakeholders (Senior associates, AM, or above)
• Ability to manage client servicing across all time zones

Required Skills

• Basic working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Knowledge of healthcare/biotech/pharma terminologies and workflow
