Job and Responsibilities
  • Support the teamon all project types, like primary market and desk research studies
  • Conduct efficient andresult-driven primary research with KOLs, industry experts, clinicians,
    CROs, etc
  • Prove proficiency in conducting quantitative/qualitative/in-depth interviews with target
    respondents ranging fromSenior decision-makers to C-Level
  • Engage insecondary research andidentify key trends, drivers, clinical trials, literature reviews,
    and other aspects of the research KIQs (key intelligence questions)
  • Support the senior teammembers in interpreting results by cross-referring secondary sources

Postgraduate in the field of Biotechnology/Pharmaceuticals or Graduate in the same field having a min. of 2 years relevant work experience

Job and Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of researchers (15-20n, including 4-5 Senior associates), setting up project targets for the entire team, individual KRA’s, incentives, and appraisal feedback to the respective Assistant manager
  • Mentor the senior associates and associates to keep the efficiency over 100%
  • End-to-end planning and execution of all the assigned projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  • Executing simultaneous checks on project timelines, transparency, promptness of communication (internal and external stakeholders), quality of internal data map and final data shared with the client, and overall management (entails C-Sat scores)
  • Provide value addition at every stage, including research plan, analysis, and insight generation
  • Finalize the project objectives, plan, data map, and files per the expectations
  • Monitor the project progress promptly, identify the current and potential bottlenecks, ensure timely resolution, and identify its impact on the overall project delivery
  • Manage multiple Quant/Qual projects under tight timelines, interface with global clientele, and prioritize requests based on the criticality and business needs as agreed with the stakeholders
  • Creating the first draft of the contingency plan and corrective action points in case of client escalations
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Comprehensive domain knowledge of Healthcare/Biotech/Pharma terminologies and workflow of the Healthcare Research Industry
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Deep dive into the study questionnaire, identify and investigate relevant information areas of the
    study documents, and perform effective desk research
  • Train and mentor associates/new joiners on projects’ primary and desk research requirements
  • Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders at the client time zones
    (US/EU/APAC)
  • Coordinate with the programming team, devise the first draft project plan and data map of all the
    conventional studies
  • Responsible for benchmarking and maintaining the team SPD and daily work responsibilities
  • Responsible for conducting research in several therapeutic areas/multiple projects across different
    geographies
  • Occasionally, conduct primary research with KOLs and industry experts for a challenging audience
    or demanding project requirements
Required Skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and convincing skills
